johnmaxwell Network Marketing Have you ever looked at a Network Marketing top earner striding across the stage and wondered what exactly they had that you didn’t? The chances are they are like you in every aspect except one. And that is Leadership. All top earners in Network Marketing are leaders. They command influence, they hold posture, and everyone wants to be on their team. Now the good thing about Network Marketing Leadership and leadership in general is that it can be learned. So I picked up a copy of John C Maxwells “21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” and began to study it. By the way, if you have not read it, I suggest you pick it up here ASAP.

Network Marketing Leadership

John Maxwell Says “Everything Rises and Falls on Leadership” and that includes your Network Marketing business. While reading the book, I came across one little overlooked leadership law, that could make all the difference between succeeding and failing in your Network Marketing Business.

The Law Of The Lid

According to John C. Maxwell , the law of the lid states that your organization will never rise beyond your own leadership ability. Think about that for a minute. If you want to increase your earnings and grow a large team,  and be a top earner in Network Marketing, then you need to keep raising the lid on your leadership potential.  A lid is anything holding you back, be it a belief, habit, etc. Watch this short video where I share my thoughts on the law of the lid, and being a Network Marketing success
