5 Network Marketing Recruiting Tips To Grow Your Business
1. Mindset –
First, get your mindset and psychology in order.
Know that recruiting is a SKILL that you can learn if you put in enough hours and enough work.
Realize that no one was born into this world knowing network marketing recruiting, and if others can learn it, then so can you.
And if you decide to learn the skills, then no one can stop you!
2. Do Not Be Addicted To The Outcome
A major mistake most people make when prospecting is they give off that air of desperation, and that REPELS people.
You need to be postured, and have the attitude of “with or without you I’m going to build an empire”
When the prospect sees that you are not attached to them signing up or not, its actually powerful, and some of them might actually join because of that.
3. Use Third Party Tools and Presentations As Much As Possible
A sure fire way to recruit more people is to get as many eyes as possible in front of your company MLM presentation.
If you’re new to the business, you should rely on your company seminars, presentations and CDs to do the talking for you UNTIL you can master the presentations yourself.
4. Show The Plan As Much As Possible
Make sure you show your opportunity to as many people as possible.
Network Marketing is a numbers game.
Some will join you immediately, some will need time to think it over, and some will tell you an outright no!
Be like a Rhino and just keep pushing forward with exposing your opportunity, and getting more eyes on your presentation, and you will recruit more reps!

5. Don’t Take Rejection Personally
I’ve come across people who dropped out of Network Marketing simply because they got a “no”.
This might be a cliche, but a “no” could mean “not now” or “not today”.
You need to reframe the way you see rejection.
Do not make it personal, and do not make it about you! (Most times its not!)
If your prospects say “no”, ask their permission to send them follow up information.
If they agree, you can add them to your email list, and send regular messages via your autoresponder.
Network Marketing Recruiting is not as hard as most people think.
Like I said earlier, its a SKILL that you can master if you put your mind to it.
All you got to do is master your emotional state and take charge of your own psychology.
THEN combine it with what I shared in today’s blog post, and you will definitely recruit more reps into your business!
Just keep being consistent, and make it part of your daily mode of operation!
