3 Ways To Handle Negative Team Mates Inside Network Marketing
You might wonder why some teammates will be negative inside of Network Marketing. Well, its something that is outside your control. People start a network marketing business for a variety of reasons, and you cannot control their attitudes. All you can control is your reaction to them.
So here are 3 ways to handle negative Team Mates Inside of Your Network Marketing Business
1. Be In Constant Action Mode-
Some people in your business might develop a strange mindset that you cannot be successful without them. I see it a lot especially in my country and neck of the woods. When someone is successful inside of Network Marketing, some teammates might develop an entitlement mentality of “Afterall, my efforts are contributing to their sales volume and pushing them up there”.
To counter this mindset, YOU as the leader need to dominate, go out there and be taking massive action by prospecting, and enrolling and training new people, so that those negative people see that with or without them, you are, and will still be a success.
In the video below I share 2 other ways to handle your negative team mates in your business. Don’t skip the video or be lazy, but watch it.
