An MLM leader is someone who conveys value and is willing to help, support and train his team. Someone who leads by example. Who inspires, and is willing to get their hands dirty working with the willing. A true MLM leader is someone who edifies his team (not taking credit for themselves), and who has integrity.
A true MLM leader will show value, posture and servant leadership to people around them.
